Westside Baptist Church, Hutchinson, KS

Congratulations to Pastor Adrian and the great congregation at Westside. They are preparing for extensive remodeling of their existing 28,000 sf. and building a new family life center of 16,500 sf. It has taken a lot of work from their vision committee to make their current building more effective for fruitful ministry and plan for new space that will help them multiply ministry.

Woodland Mall shopping Center, Grand Rapids, MI

Owner, David Chawla, is building 2 shopping center complexes to house various retail enterprises in an expanding market. Preliminary designs have been completed on the 16,000 sf. buildings and is awaiting permits. The owners forsight and investment is something WL Perry is proud to be associated with.

Christian Heritage Academy, Northfield, IL

Collaborating with Dan Vos Construction a beautiful School building on Chicago Northside is taking shape. From classrooms to labs to gym and a recital hall, there are 44,000 sf. of new build and 15,000 sf. of remodel design taking place. Construction to begin shortly as a testament to CHA’s faith and commitment to the next generation.

A wonderful church with a rich heritage is moving forward with plans for a 27,800 sf. building housing educational space, family life center and expanded offices. The visioning/planning stage of design have been a model an effective approach to a project for a church.
